The I.M.P.A.C.T Approach
The I.M.P.A.C.T. approach is Talent Boost’s signature and innovative method for evaluating and enhancing students’ backgrounds and college applications. Students are assessed on a 5-point scale across six criteria to boost their competitiveness in college admissions. The acronym I.M.P.A.C.T. stands for Intellectual Curiosity, Motivation, Persistence, Action, Creativity, and Traits.

Compile a list of potential colleges that align with the student’s profile and aspirations.

Draft and refine activitiy list and application essay on Common App.

Collect necessary application documents such as transcripts, test scores and recommendation letters.

Submit completed applications to chosen colleges before deadlines.

Prepare for and practice college interviews to make a strong impression.

Track the progress of submitted applications and follow up with colleges as needed.

Review acceptance letters, and make informed decisions about which offers to accept.
